Follow these 3 easy steps to submit your chapbook
to the Slipstream Poetry Chapbook Contest:

Use the "Browse" button (below) to locate your manuscript file on your computer. The submitted file must be a Microsoft Word (.doc) document or a Rich Text Format document (.rtf). Manuscript must have a cover page that includes the title of the chapbook, your name, mailing address, and email address.

Click the "Submit" button to upload your file to Slipstream.

Once you have submitted your manuscript, do the following:
- Fill in chapbook title
- Fill in author's name
- Click "Pay Now" button to pay $20 entry fee via PayPal
