Follow these 3 easy steps to submit your chapbook
to the Slipstream Poetry Chapbook Contest
NOTE: IF YOU ARE USING THIS FORM TO SUBMIT YOUR MANUSCRIPT ELECTRONICALLY,
IT MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ONLINE PAYMENT.

Use the "Browse" button (below) to locate your manuscript file on your computer. The submitted file must be a Microsoft Word (.doc) document or a Rich Text Format document (.rtf). Manuscript must have a cover page that includes the title of the chapbook, your name, mailing address, and email address.

Click the "Submit" button to upload your file to Slipstream. You will see the message "Upload Completed" if your manuscript has been successfully submitted to Slipstream. If you are using a Mac with the Safari browser, you may not see the "Upload Completed" message. Nevertheless, your file will most likely have uploaded successfully. Once you have submitted your manuscript, do the following:
- Fill in chapbook title
- Fill in author's name
- Click "Pay Now" button to pay $20 entry fee via PayPal
